Squid Ink Art is excited to release our brand new range of magnetic jigsaw puzzles, for the young and young at heart!

Currently available in two of our popular and colourful designs, these magnetic jigsaw puzzles have proven to be very popular as gifts for children, to add a unique splash of colour with some hand drawn artwork to your fridge, or something special to send as gifts overseas to friends and relatives.

Designed by us and printed in Melbourne, Australia, on high quality 0.8mm magnets, these 9 piece puzzles stick to any magnetised surface. The puzzles are A5 in size (148 x 210mm).

A bright blue Australian sky, a tall gum tree, and a collection of native animals. We worked on this image for a long time to get the right balance of cuteness and character, while still faithfully depicting our native wildlife! A grey kangaroo and her joey, an emu, wombat, koala, platypus, echidna and two laughing kookaburras make up this Australian stack of animals.

We wanted cute and funny Australian animals that we could give to relatives and friends overseas!

The artwork for this design was planned to symbolise and pay homage to all the wonderful fathers out there and the specialness of fatherhood. The image of the huge strong lion, and his little cub sharing a tender moment together in their quiet leafy green spot in the jungle. The idea of the strength and protectiveness of the father and the sweetness of the little one was just perfect to be portrayed by the king of the jungle and his little one.
