Feyre Home gets in bed with world’s finest cotton
Posted on August 3, 2018 by

Melbourne-based homewares brand launches Supima® cotton bedlinen range

Family owned, expertly crafted, sustainable and simplistically stunning – homewares label Feyre Home has launched their first range category of bedlinen.

Born from an English girl’s name meaning beautiful, Feyre (pronounced Fay-ah) Home seeks to convey beauty in simplicity, and help customers turn the basics of their everyday life into something truly memorable.

Adam and Hilma Fitzgerald, the duo behind the brand, boast an extensive background in sourcing, developing and identifying textiles. Their combined 35 years of experience has culminated in Feyre Home, using their practice, knowledge and expertise to create a product superior to anything else on the market.

The Feyre Home philosophy surrounds sourcing and supplying only highly specialised, authentic, traceable, luxurious and sustainable textile and home furnishing products.

“We spent over a year scouring the globe in search of the highest quality cotton available. When we found Supima® cotton we knew it was the best – and we can’t wait to share it with the Australian market,” Hilma said.

Supima® cotton is a rare and special staple cotton, offering a fibre which is 45% stronger than regular cotton. The extra-long fibre resists pilling, breaking and tearing while providing exceptional softness and long-lasting colour vibrancy. As a result, Feyre Home finds the perfect balance between a product which is extraordinarily resilient but remains light weight, breathes comfortably and drapes beautifully.

And you’ll feel the difference. Feyre Home bed linen is not blended with any other inferior quality cotton fibres, ensuring that when you choose Feyre Home, you choose beauty and quality without compromise.

Supima® cotton is also a branded cotton fibre with a fully transparent and completely traceable supply chain, making Feyre Home one of very few brands who can guarantee exactly where their cotton comes from – even the complimentary gift box your products come in is made from sustainable and fully recyclable materials.

“Our products are free from harmful chemicals and we use a sustainable manufacturing process. Our certified Supima® mill is OEKO-TEX® and STeP by Oekotex certified, and we guarantee a totally transparent and traceable supply chain,” says Hilma.

Feyre Home will stock its Supima® cotton range direct to customers online, promising a unique ‘never on sale’ policy which presents customers with all-year round affordable pricing, and everyday savings for multiple purchases from the range.

Keeping to the simplicity of the collection, Feyre Home comes in sheet, duvet, quilted bedspread or buy the look sets. Free shipping will be offered Australia wide on all orders, with no minimum spend and prices starting from $159.95.

“Thanks to our background we know how much mark up and misinformation is out there, and we are proud to offer customers a product that’s been formulated without compromise on quality or cost constraints.”

While bed linen is Feyre Home’s first foray into home furnishings, the family intend to grow the brand into a complete home furnishings and homewares destination of high end, affordable, contemporary and timeless pieces.

About Feyre Home:

Feyre Home was born from the name Feyre, an English girl’s name meaning ‘beautiful,’ providing home furnishings that bring beauty into everyday life. With an extensive background in sourcing, development and identification of textiles, Feyre Home takes the best years of experience and knowledge to create a brand superior to anything else on the market.

The Feyre Home philosophy is to source and supply only highly specialised, rare, authentic, traceable, luxurious and sustainable textile and home furnishing products. Feyre Home have scoured the globe in search of the highest quality cotton available for their very first bedlinen range and found that American SUPIMA® Cotton stands out on every level. SUPIMA® Cotton is known as the world’s finest cotton, yet only accounts for less than 1% of the world’s cotton production. It offers a quality superior to anything else on the market.
